A. When submitting comments via the contact form:

Only the following Personal Data will be collected and stored:
a) General Data: full name (as you provide it), email address, and any other information included in your comments. In all cases, the accuracy and truthfulness of the provided Personal Data is your responsibility, as you control the data entered, including social media usernames or nicknames.

B. When accessing the Smart Refueler website:

Data will be collected through Cookies and Web Beacons, including IP address, browser type and operating system, visited web pages, browsing and consumption habits, followed links, and the site visited before entering ours. From this information, a user profile is generated for the purposes described below.

Sensitive Personal Data:

Smart Refueler does not collect Sensitive Personal Data. Your Personal Data will be used and processed for the purposes explicitly outlined below:

Primary Purposes:

a) If you complete the contact form, to contact you, address your inquiries, and propose a commercial relationship based on your or your company’s needs.

Secondary Purposes:

a) To identify, locate, communicate, and contact you; to send information; and for statistical or research purposes (e.g., metrics analysis).

Your request must include:
i) Full name or business name and a physical address to send responses and documents;
ii) The Personal Data you wish to access, correct, delete, or the processing you wish to oppose;
iii) The purpose for which you provided the data (if known) and the name of the party to whom it was given;

Smart Refueler will respond to your request within 20 business days, and if accepted, will proceed within 15 days after that. You will be kept informed throughout the process. Access and responses may be delivered as certified copies, electronic documents, or simple copies, depending on your request and identity verification. If your request was submitted electronically, responses will be sent by the same method where possible.

If Smart Refueler intends to use your Personal Data for purposes not stated in this Privacy Notice, you will be contacted through written, telephone, electronic, or any available technological means to explain the new purposes and obtain your consent.
